What Makes Us Different

What Makes Us Different

Rehabilitation begins once a patient's condition has been stabilized in hospital, and it begins as soon as possible after a neurologically damaging event such as stroke. Most stroke survivors will make significant improvements after undergoing rehabilitation program.

At Consanas, an interdisciplinary team of medical professionals will coordinate around the patient and implement a daily rehabilitation plan tailored to the individual needs of the patient. This usually involves physical, occupational, speech, vocational and recreational therapy.

We also provide customized high-intensity practice through increased therapy and task specific training to ensure patients begin to rebuild the essential connectivity between their mind and bodies and to relearn essential skills to help them to come back to their everyday lives.

We provide a positive, constructive experience by providing patients with the right amount of support and skills through rehabilitation treatment to help patients to regain control of their health and wellbeing.

At Consanas, we are committed to successful outcomes, through the latest technologies and innovation in rehabilitation treatment to give patients the confidence and skills to lead independent lives as quickly as possible and to participate in everyday life at home and in society.
